1. Services Provided

We offer professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across the United Kingdom. The scope of services, pricing, and cleaning schedules will be agreed upon between the customer and our company before service commencement.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.
  • A confirmation email or message will be sent once the booking is completed.
  • Payments must be made in full before or immediately after the service is rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Liability and Damages

  • We take utmost care in providing our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damages or wear and tear of property.
  • If any damage is caused by our staff, we must be notified within 24 hours for a valid claim to be considered.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty fixtures, surfaces, or cleaning supplies provided by the client.

5. Health and Safety

  • Our staff follows all necessary health and safety regulations.
  • Customers must inform us of any hazards or specific cleaning instructions regarding their property.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure access to the property at the scheduled service time.
  • Any special cleaning instructions should be communicated in advance.
  • Valuables and fragile items should be stored away before cleaning begins.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a customer violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or if the cleaning environment is deemed hazardous.
